Mutation: updateSchedFlightsBySsim

Adds, modifies or deletes SCHED flights based on SSIM data. A single request should not contain more than 3000 entries combined across add, modify and delete. Larger requests are rejected before reaching the API and return a generic HTTP 400 response without a GraphQL error body. Flights sharing the same ssimUploadFlightGroupId must be sent within the same request. When such a group is split across requests, its flights are grouped into separate trips on publication.
